2020 Panda Cares Holiday Event

Dear Panda Associates:

We are excited to share that this Holiday Season, we will be putting smiles on the faces of 406 students from Cortada School, located in our backyard in the City of El Monte! Although this year's event will look a bit different due to COVID-19, we continue to be committed to our mission of bringing hope to youth in need.

Since 2007, Panda has sponsored the Leader in Me Program throughout the U.S. Cortada School from El Monte City School District was chosen to share in our 2020 Annual Holiday Celebration because of their dedication to 7 Habits learning as well as their families' low-income status. For many, this may be the only present they receive this holiday season.

How to Support:

1. Sponsor a Student:

Panda Associates are invited to sponsor a student (or multiple students) with a donation of $30 per child. Panda Cares will purchase a special holiday gift that will be distributed to the students at our socially-distanced Panda Cares Holiday Event to be held on campus, along with a Panda Express lunch and book donation for each child.

2. Volunteer at our Holiday Celebration:

Support our Holiday Celebration by helping direct students, hand out gifts & meals and much more! Spots will be limited to ensure proper safety measures are met.

When: Saturday, December 12th, Shifts will range from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
